At ING Hubs Philippines, we are looking for a Service Manager III who is passionate about service management, stakeholder engagement, contract governance, and continuous improvement. Role Summary As a Service Manager III, you will support and enhance the end-to-end service management lifecycle across ING's global organization. You will work closely with Service Owners, service providers, outsourcing partners, and ING entities worldwide to ensure service quality, compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement. About the Team You will join a globally connected team responsible for driving service management excellence across ING. What You'll Do Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and finalization of contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain contract repositories and documentation. Monitor contract performance, renewals, amendments, and terminations. Act as SME for contract and service management matters. Prepare service management reports and stakeholder insights. Organize governance meetings and stakeholder touchpoints. Develop service management documentation. Drive framework compliance and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience 5-7 years experience in service management, project management or customer service. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Analytical, organizational, problem- solving and continuous improvement capabilities. Experience with reporting, documentation and governance frameworks. Ability to work across cultures, countries and time zones. Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, PMP, Operational Excellence certifications.
