Creative Operations Manager

A global food delivery company is hiring a Creative Operations Manager to support their dynamic team. This person will help streamline and scale creative workflows across global markets. *This person must have experience supporting paid social campaigns and video production studio workflows.* *Details:* * HYBRID, 3 days per week in Brooklyn * ASAP through end of year, with chance to extend *Creative Operations Manager Responsibilities:* * Develop and continuously improve flexible, scalable workflows that adapt to changing business needs. * Oversee project milestones, deadlines, and decision-making processes to ensure timely project completion. * Identify, evaluate, and implement automation tools and AI solutions to improve operational productivity. * Maintain performance tracking and reporting on project progress, velocity, and potential risks. * Coordinate scheduling and workflow synchronization across the creative and wider operations teams. *Creative Operations Manager Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * 5-7 years of project management or creative operations experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. * Proven experience designing and evolving operational workflows and resource frameworks. * Familiarity working with project management tools such as Jira or Airtable. * Experience managing, onboarding, and training freelance or contract creative talent.
