Job Description The Senior Digital Marketing Creative (Paid Ads) is responsible for producing high-performing, scroll-stopping creative assets for paid social campaigns across platforms. This role combines strong creative execution with a deep understanding of digital marketing performance, translating marketing briefs into compelling visual content that drives engagement and conversions. Produce high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns. Focusing on turning briefs into engaging video and motion-based content that drives results.  Responsibilities:  Create social media ads for paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)  Edit video, motion graphics, and basic audio for ad creatives  Turn marketing briefs into strong creative outputs quickly  Produce multiple variations per concept for A/B testing  Work across different tones: meme-style, playful, and polished branded ads  Use influencer/mommy blogger content + internal design assets  Collaborate with the creative lead to develop and refine ad concepts  Deliver fast-turnaround creative without heavy revisions  Qualifications Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics  Good understanding of social media ads and what performs online  Able to create multiple creative versions quickly (not just one output)  Comfortable working independently with minimal direction  Strong awareness of social trends, memes, and platform culture  Able to work across different brands and audience types  Amenable to work Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-12:00am Service Region: Philippines
