Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Free needs no card: 1 position, 10 candidates, 10 interviews/month. Upgrade when you need to.

How does the AI actually "interview" a candidate?

The candidate is represented by their CV (and the AI Wiki derived from it). The "recruiter AI" asks targeted questions on the job description; the "candidate AI" answers in first-person, grounded in the real CV. No fabrication: if the candidate lacks experience on X, it says so openly.

What language does the AI speak?

The AI replies in the language of the question. Works on multilingual CVs: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, and more.

Are my candidates' CVs safe?

Candidates you import are flagged as private: internal slug like cand-xxxxxx, never indexed by Google, never shown to visitors of your public agent. Your DB is isolated from other recruiters.

Can I add my own questions to the interview?

Yes: from the "AI Brain recruiter" dashboard you can save 3 extra questions the AI will always ask, after the role-generated ones. Typical: travel availability, salary expectations, start date.

What if the candidate has no email on the CV?

It still works. The candidate exists as an ImportedCandidate with just the name extracted from the PDF. Email contact is only optional: you can always chat with their AI directly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime, from the dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No penalties.

What happens if the AI service is down?

tailk.me automatically falls back to a backup model: the interview keeps going (a bit slower) until the primary service is back. You don't notice it.
