Job Description Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of intellectual property and technology-related agreements. Advise clients on licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Support transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal and business challenges. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for technology and IP assets. Stay informed about emerging trends and legal developments in IP and technology law. Assist in resolving disputes involving intellectual property and technology-related issues. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A law degree from a recognized institution and bar admission in good standing. Proven expertise in intellectual property and technology transactions. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
