Job Description Develop and maintain knowledge resources to support the litigation team in delivering high-quality legal services. Collaborate with attorneys to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve practice efficiency and client service. Conduct research and provide insights on legal developments, trends, and best practices in litigation. Draft and update templates, checklists, and other practice resources to support the team's work. Facilitate training and development sessions on knowledge management tools and resources. Work closely with the IT and innovation teams to implement technology solutions tailored to the litigation practice. Support the firm's business development efforts by creating and updating pitch materials and client-facing resources. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across practice groups and offices. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: JD-qualified with 5-7 years' litigation experience Strong project management and organizational abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving capability Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Technology-minded, with an interest in AI and knowledge systems Experience collaborating with partners in a large law firm What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 USD.
