Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in structured finance deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on legal and business objectives. Support the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions. Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the financial services industry and advise on implications. Handle legal disputes, ensuring the organization's interests are protected. Assist with due diligence and risk assessments for potential financial transactions. Provide training and updates to internal stakeholders on relevant legal developments. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Legal Counsel - Structured Finance should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar.
