Twoje zadania:

• Wspieranie naszych klientów oraz partnerów (kurierów, restauracje, sklepy) poprzez live czat, maile i telefon;
• Efektywna realizacja codziennych zadań zgodnie z ustalonymi procesami i standardami zespołu;
• Umiejętne zarządzanie czasem i priorytetami;
• Proaktywne podejście do usprawnień – szukanie rozwiązań, które poprawiają jakość i tempo obsługi klienta;
• Praca w oparciu o jasno określone KPIs takie jak CSAT, czas odpowiedzi, czy jakość - które wspólnie z Twoim Team Leadem będziecie regularnie analizować i rozwijać, by dostarczać jak najlepsze doświadczenia naszym klientom i partnerom.

A także:

• Szybko się uczysz, nie masz problemu z wielozadaniowością;
• Możesz pracować zmianowo: rano, wieczorem/nocą i w weekendy - większość zmian w ciągu pierwszych dwóch miesięcy jest w godzinach 12:00-2:00  (aktualnie nasze godziny otwarcia to 6:00 do 3:00;)
• Biegle posługujesz się językiem polskim i posiadasz znajomość języka angielskiego (B2);
• Możesz pracować w niepełnym wymiarze godzin (20 godzin tygodniowo)

The salary range for this role is 4919 PLN -6149 PLN gross per month. (for full-time position) The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
