We’re looking for onsite full-time or student part-time (30 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in Hungarian, both in writing and speaking.
You’ll join our Support team for the Hungarian region in Budapest (Office location: 2nd district) and as part of our Country Support, you’ll be supporting Wolt countries and making a real impact every day.
💙 What you’ll be doing
- Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
- Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
- Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service
🌟 What we’re looking for
You don’t need previous customer service experience - we’ll train you! If you do have experience, that’s a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude and eagerness to learn.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset
- Learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Availability and the right to work in Hungary
- You can work minimum 30 hours per week across different shift types (morning, night, weekend) as required since we operate 24/7
- You have professional working proficiency in Hungarian

- Our starting salary for a 40-hour full-time position is 467,000 HUF gross per month, plus a shift allowance. The base hourly rate for students is 2,150 HUF.
