As our Supply Chain & Operations Specialist, you’ll be the driving force ensuring our DTC and B2B orders are delivered smoothly and on time. By tackling fulfillment bottlenecks with your amazing attention to detail, you'll directly protect our brand trust and keep our customers smiling!

About The Role

You’ll be the heart of our daily outbound operations! You will coordinate dispatch, manage inventory and returns, and keep our logistics dashboards up to date.

Working closely with our logistics partners and CX team, you’ll ensure everything flows beautifully. We’d love for you to bring fresh ideas! You’ll have the freedom to spot process gaps, streamline manual tasks, and help us scale our operations as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and manage DTC and B2B orders across all channels, ensuring accurate statuses and seamless fulfillment across our systems.
• Logistics Coordination: Work directly with warehouse teams and freight carriers to manage dispatch and swiftly resolve any booking issues or pickup delays.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary go-to for Operations escalations, communicating directly with marketplaces to resolve order issues, delays, and fulfillment bottlenecks.
• Inventory & Returns: Handle day-to-day inventory tasks, including returns, stock adjustments, and reconciliations in collaboration with our Ops and CX teams.
• Stock Integrity: Monitor inventory levels closely, proactively flagging any discrepancies or stock mismatches between Cin7, the WMS, and our marketplace channels.
• Inbound Support: Provide secondary backup for inbound logistics, assisting with shipping bookings and pre-shipment supplier coordination when needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement fresh efficiencies to streamline daily tasks, bringing proactive solutions to recurring issues.
• Projects & SOPs: Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the rollout, process mapping, and testing of new tools and supply chain improvements.

What Will Help You Succeed You'll Likely Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce business, specifically dealing with order management, administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and partnering with a diverse group of people.
• A proactive approach to completing tasks, solving problems, and leading initiatives.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Cin7, MS Excel, and Gmail is a strong advantage. General experience with any order management system, freight booking platforms, or supplier/vendor platforms is highly beneficial.
