Job Description As a key member of the Page Executive leadership team, you will: Lead the strategic growth and development of the UK Consumer & Retail Practice. Win and deliver retained executive search assignments across the sector. Manage, coach and develop an established team while building future capability. Develop and execute a market-leading business plan aligned with wider UK growth objectives. Build trusted relationships with Boards, CEOs, Managing Directors and Private Equity-backed businesses. Identify and capitalise on opportunities across Consumer Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Omnichannel and Consumer Products markets. Drive collaboration across Page Executive and the wider business to maximise client value. Enhance the profile of the practice through networking, thought leadership and market engagement activities. The Successful Applicant We're interested in speaking with proven executive search professionals who can demonstrate: A strong track record within executive search or senior-level retained recruitment. Experience winning and delivering high-value search assignments. Leadership, mentoring or team management experience. A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to balance short-term performance and long-term growth. A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams. Experience within Consumer, Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Products or closely aligned markets would be highly advantageous.
