This role will support MedTech capital forecasting, actuals reporting, consolidation, and strategic planning processes across business units and Centers. The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key finance partner between MedTech leadership and business unit execution teams, helping ensure data integrity, strengthen cash flow visibility, provide competitor benchmark insights, and support target-setting and long-range financial planning decisions. The preferred location for this role is Bogotá, Colombia. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead quarterly capital actuals and closing consolidation processes for MedTech, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete reporting across business units and Centers. Coordinate and consolidate capital forecast cycles, partnering with Finance, Project Management, and business stakeholders to align assumptions, timelines, and deliverables. Provide analytical support for capital target setting, LRFP planning, and cash flow analysis, translating financial data into clear insights and recommendations. Maintain and monitor Planisware during forecast cycles, ensuring system inputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with forecast guidance. Strengthen data quality and process discipline across reporting systems by identifying risks, resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement. Develop competitor benchmark insights and business analyses to support leadership discussions, strategic decision-making, and capital allocation priorities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategic planning, capital planning, or a related business discipline within a complex organization. Experience supporting capital, cash flow, forecasting, planning, or financial consolidation processes. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial information, identify key business drivers, and communicate insights clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity. Preferred Qualifications: Internal experience in MedTech, IM, Healthcare, or another highly regulated global industry. MBA, CPA, CMA, or another advanced finance or business credential. Experience with capital planning tools, enterprise reporting systems, or project portfolio management platforms such as Planisware. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop concise materials and insights for senior leadership.
