- Work whenever you like: BDG exists to ensure the enduring health and happiness of our teams, clients, and our families. Each team member creates their own schedule, that may evolve and adjust as life demands. As long as we have some regular, planned overlap time (maybe 1-2 hours ideally between 8-12pm EST, maybe 1-2x/week depending on project volume), work is on schedule, and clients are happy, you may work whenever you would like.
- For the most part, work however you like: Make this as profitable, innovative, and enjoyable as you'd like: We will set baseline requirements for what must happen, how it must look, and function. How you meet those requirements, tools you use, how you work, how little or much you work - is totally up to you. We encourage you to make this as profitable, innovative, and enjoyable as possible for you.
- Partnership / Commission / Bonus Pay - Ideally if our relationship deepens, we would like to continue to grow with you for years to come, so bonus pay, commission, and eventual partnership is the track we encourage our team to take.
