Job Description A highly sophisticated single‑family office is seeking a Senior Controller to oversee financial operations across a multi‑entity domestic and international structure. The organisation manages a diversified portfolio spanning private equity, credit, venture, structured investments, and selective real assets. Accounting & Reporting Full ownership of accounting across U.S. and international entities Monthly close, reconciliations, workpapers, and financial reporting Prepare deliverables for annual audits and reviews Maintain clean, timely, and accurate books across the structure Tax Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with external tax advisors across partnership, corporate, and HNW individual tax Oversee preparation of tax packages, K‑1 support, annual filings, and cross-border requirements Maintain compliance and documentation across all jurisdictions Treasury, Cash & Banking Oversee cash operations: liquidity planning, payments, capital calls, and intercompany flows Manage banking relationships and execute treasury decisions Maintain payment controls and approval processes Entity Management & Governance Maintain corporate records, structure charts, and compliance calendars Support trusts, estates, and generational planning alongside legal Ensure flawless entity hygiene across the ecosystem Investment Support Partner with the CEO and investment staff on deal execution mechanics Oversee capital movements, entity setup, and cash flow planning Maintain investment documentation and performance records Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage: Belgium-based Treasurer & support staff U.S.-based Financial Analyst (shared with investments) Partner daily with the CEO, Chairwoman, and GC Uphold a trusted, service‑oriented partnership with family members MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant You will thrive in this environment if you are: A hands-on financial operator with strong accounting and tax fundamentals Naturally organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A strong communicator who enjoys partnering directly with principals Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial setting where everyone contributes Curious, analytically minded, and motivated by continuous improvement Experienced in multi‑entity structures, preferably with exposure to HNW or investment environments Qualifications 8-15+ years in accounting/financial operations Hands on operational experience Experience in controller in a family office, investment management, or similar multi‑entity structure Strong knowledge of partnership accounting and HNW financial operations CPA Required - strong academics Experience managing small teams Based in New York; comfortable with 4 days onsite Real estate exposure is helpful but not required .
