Senior Associate, CRM - Green Chef

Green Chef is the #1 Meal Kit for Eating Clean—and we have ambitious plans to grow. We’re looking for a Senior Associate, CRM to own end-to-end email and SMS execution for the most premium, health focused & sustainable brand in the HelloFresh portfolio. This is a dedicated, brand-embedded role, sitting on the Green Chef marketing team and working in close collaboration with the global CRM team. This role represents a meaningful investment in building Green Chef's CRM capability as a standalone growth engine.

You will be primarily focused on building, QA-ing, deploying, and optimizing flows across Activation and Reactivation customer segments, with future growth potential across other segments. This role is great for builders who enjoy getting things done  - with precision, speed, and a continuous drive to improve performance. You will collaborate closely on strategy, and will have a direct impact on some of Green Chef’s largest initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing, Green Chef and collaborates closely with the global HelloFresh CRM team.

You will …

Email & SMS Strategy & Optimization

• Collaborate with Green Chef Growth Managers for Activation & Reactivation, global CRM team and other cross-functional leads to ideate, test, and execute brand-specific growth levers
• Bring cross-market insights and best practices into the Green Chef roadmap
• Partner on segmentation strategy and lifecycle targeting to drive conversion across Activation and Reactivation

Campaign Build, QA & Deployment

• Own end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns across all Green Chef segments from build through QA to deployment
• Maintain rigorous quality control across segmentation, personalization, and creative merging
• Ensure accurate, on-time delivery against weekly-quarterly campaign goals

Trigger Flow & Automation Management

• Design, build, and manage trigger-based flows and automated customer journeys
• Continuously identify and implement automation improvements to reduce manual lift and increase campaign velocity
• Support technical migrations as part of the broader tooling roadmap

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Regularly report on CRM channel performance e.g. conversion rates, deliverability, engagement
• Drive A/B testing across content / creative, segmentation, offers, etc.
• Translate data into actionable insights and drive a continuous feedback loop of improvement

• Includes identifying white space and incremental growth opportunities, translating into test & initiative roadmaps, and executing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to ensure campaign assets are briefed, planned, and delivered on time
• Partner with Analytics to scope new opportunities for performance improvement
• Serve as the CRM point of contact for Green Chef across internal and global stakeholders

You have…

• 3+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, with demonstrated success owning campaigns from strategy through execution
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required); Iterable experience a strong plus
• Proficiency across email and SMS channels; experience with in-app and push a plus
• Experience building and managing automated journeys, trigger flows, and segmentation logic
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable reporting on channel performance, running A/B tests, and generating actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a D2C, subscription, or e-commerce environment preferred

New York Pay Range

$79,538—$88,375 USD
