POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Bangkok Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Nestlé Purina Pet Care Full-time 5 years of experience in pet food, animal nutrition, feed, or food manufacturing and knowledge of ingredient regulations and supplier auditing processes A DAY IN THE LIFE… Lead the technical development and qualification of new ingredients and suppliers to support business growth and innovation Partner with Procurement to develop alternative ingredients and supplier contingency plans Ensure all ingredients comply with Nestlé standards, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations Support supplier audits and drive closure of technical and quality gaps Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain Drive cost optimization initiatives through ingredient portfolio management and supplier development Support innovation and renovation projects by developing next-generation ingredients and ensuring timely project execution ARE YOU A FIT? Master's degree or PhD in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Feed Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Procurement, Ingredient Development, Nutrition, Formulation, or related technical roles Strong knowledge of food, feed, or pet food ingredients and their functionalities Understanding of formulation principles and ingredient impact on product performance Experience working with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, or supplier management activities Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment Willingness to travel internationally as required
