Work site: Pomezia Contract duration: 12 months Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€ esperienza 2 anni responsabilità Key Responsibilities The E2E Project Manager is leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver: New Product Development launches, modifications to existing products, Portfolio Lifecycle As part of this role, the He is accountable for achieving the targets set during project definition and for handling timelines, risks, ensuring processes are followed Lead overall project execution and accountable for achieving project goals on time Lead Process & Governance: Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of NPD, Lifecycle Management and Value Creation projects within EMEA qualifiche What we are looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business; Marketing, or appropriate related field Minimum 3 years; experience in o related field / industry o managing cross functional expertise (R&D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging development, Procurement, Manufacturing) Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills Effective written and oral communication skills Knowledge of team dynamics Broad business and organizational sense with knowledge of project related Finance Knowledge of planning and organization La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
