Randstad Inhouse Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partiner. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for our Commercial Talent across Italy and Spain. In this role you will work closely with your business ensuring that we hire the best talent and provide outstanding support and advise to all. We offer a full time fixed term contract (12 months) with level and salary based on the candidate's previous experience. Work Area: fully remote Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€ esperienza 2 anni responsabilità Core Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best in class recruitment service for all internal and external requirements Development of recruitment strategies in cooperation with hiring managers Write engaging job advertisements for all Job postings. Candidate Sourcing through various technology methods. Deliver a best in class candidate experience. Ensure engagement with candidates through various platforms, where you will also have the chance to articulate our EVP to them Be an ambassador for our employer brand. Maintain and uphold all recruitment standards with hiring managers and candidates. Always adhering to governance and compliance of our resourcing processes. Leadership of the selection process using different selection methods internal and external i.e. online psychometrics and cognitive reasoning Full management of the offer process in line with Total Reward guidelines and hiring Manager. Talent mapping and provide external insights to help shape resourcing needs and business thinking. Supports the business with our inclusive hiring efforts across all our recruitment. qualifiche Experience Required: Proven recruitment experience managing high volume roles, either in-house or agency. Ideally you will have experience from having worked in an international organisation and preferably with Healthcare Companies (agency or in-house) Fluent Italian, Spanish and English are required, other languages preferred (especially French). Competencies required for the role: Relationship building: As a Talent Acquisition Partner it is an integral part of the role that you can build effective relationships to help shape and support your business. You must be able to establish rapport and interact with people remotely with ease.
