We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager who’s ready to make a meaningful impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next chapter of the brand in Canada—working across bold campaigns, cultural moments and high profile partnerships to make Factor a household name.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

• Own the local market positioning and key messages for the Factor Meals brand, leveraging local insights and market context to translate the global positioning  for local relevance and impact.
• Define the strategy for how Canada goes to market amongst emerging trends in the food and health & wellness space guiding the organization how the brand plays in the context of messaging, partnerships, and retail media.
• Own the marketing campaign calendar in Canada including planning and developing both high impact local campaigns and partnering with central teams to scale global campaigns and marketing assets where there is a strong fit.
• Be the champion for Canada in a matrixed global/local model influencing strategies, campaigns, and resourcing for local needs based on key insights, market nuances, and local performance
• Own the product marketing strategy and plan to drive product education, build awareness and trial of new product launches and drive average order rate amongst active users. Partner with local product and dietitian teams to bring new product concepts to life grounded in consumer data, helping to position the product and key messages effectively
• Oversee local consumer insights. Execute research and tests to fill in knowledge gaps on the local growth consumer and create actionable insights.
• Support the media team in brand media channel planning including owning any media sponsorships or integrations
• Manage a seven figure marketing budget as well as track, report, and provide actionable insights on brand performance and KPIs.
• Responsible for the leadership and coaching of a Sr. Specialist
• All other duties, as assigned

• A university degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field of study
• 7+ years of brand or product marketing experience in a Tech, CPG, or DTC business.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and new product launches
• Experience working within a matrixed organization navigating global and local stakeholders with proven ability to  influence buy-in to local strategies and needs
• Experience managing external agency partners
• Strong learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges with resilience
• Knowledge and passion for sports marketing and health & wellness marketing
• Embraces AI and emerging technologies as tools to unlock new ideas, accelerate execution and drive impact
