Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) Location: Rhode Island (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary We are recruiting an independently licensed clinician for a remote telehealth role in Rhode Island. This position is ideal for a therapist who prefers structured outpatient work: scheduled sessions, clear documentation, measurable care planning, and professional standards that support consistent client care. Eligible licenses include LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC . Responsibilities Provide telehealth therapy sessions using a secure virtual platform Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for assigned clients Document progress notes and clinical updates according to required timelines Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards Use evidence-informed interventions aligned with client needs Conduct risk screenings and follow safety procedures when required Requirements Active Rhode Island independent license ( LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC ) in good standing Master’s degree in an aligned behavioral health field Experience providing outpatient therapy services Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you meet the licensing requirements, send your resume and we will reach out to schedule an initial conversation.
