Provide legal advice on structured finance transactions and regulatory compliance matters. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and legal standards. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations. Support the legal department in managing risk and resolving potential legal issues. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management. Work with external counsel and other stakeholders as needed to address complex legal matters. Maintain organized records of legal documentation and case files. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Legal Counsel - CLOs should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar in New York. Strong knowledge of CLOs, structured finance, and related legal frameworks. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for complex legal documents. Ability to analyze and interpret legal issues in the financial services industry. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
