Job Description Provide legal advice and support on corporate banking transactions and agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal contracts and documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the financial services sector. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and provide strategic guidance. Support legal due diligence processes for corporate banking clients. Assist in resolving disputes and managing legal claims related to corporate banking activities. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational alignment. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal issues and best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Legal Counsel - Corporate Banking should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in good standing. Proven experience in legal counsel roles within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of corporate banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
