What You'll Do As an Insurance Service Associate, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while helping them maintain the right coverage for their evolving needs. Responsibilities Marketing accounts Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries. Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person. Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the appropriate protection. Educate clients on available coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding while maintaining a service-first approach. Build strong, long-term relationships that promote customer retention and loyalty. Process policy updates accurately and maintain organized client records. Collaborate with agency team members to provide an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License. Previous insurance agency experience required (the more experience, the better!) Experience servicing personal lines insurance policies. Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing. Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive problem solver who enjoys helping others. Comfortable using agency management systems and multiple computer applications. Team-oriented while capable of working independently. Able to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions when appropriate. Who Thrives in This Role?
