Head of Surf Operations

This is a remote position. Manage daily surf operations and ensure safety standards are maintained. Lead and supervise the surf operations team,  including instructors and lifeguards. Coordinate with park management to deliver a high-quality visitor experience . Ensure the surf facility is fully prepared and operational each day. Monitor operational performance and maintain service excellence. Develop training programs for surf instructors and operational staff. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
