As Head of Payment, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will own and scale the financial infrastructure powering Malt at global level. Operating at the crossroad of Product, Tech, Legal and Finance, your mission is to unlock international growth while optimizing our unique payment model to offer a seamless experience to our Community & Clients. This is a sophisticated scaling challenge: managing complex B2B liquidity flows while ensuring the user experience remains effortless. We are looking for an ambitious, collaborative leader who views complex payment systems as a primary driver of strategic business growth.
