French Speaking Immigration Counsellor – Cameroon

Role Description We are looking for a motivated and professional French-speaking Immigration Counsellor based in Cameroon to join our growing international team. Our company helps French-speaking skilled professionals prepare for Canadian permanent residency through Express Entry programs. We provide TEF/TCF preparation support and Canadian immigration guidance to eligible candidates. The selected candidate will work from our coworking/virtual office setup and assist clients through in-person meetings, Zoom consultations, WhatsApp communication, and webinars. Responsibilities Handle incoming leads from social media and marketing campaigns Conduct consultations with French-speaking professionals interested in Canadian immigration Assess candidate eligibility for Express Entry and Francophone immigration pathways Coordinate webinar registrations and client follow-ups Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and social media Maintain lead records and follow-up activities in CRM systems Assist with local networking and professional outreach activities Work closely with our backend immigration and language training team Preferred Candidate Based in Douala or Yaounde Experience dealing with working professionals Familiarity with Canadian immigration or international opportunities is a plus Self-motivated, professional, and organized Requirements Fluent French communication skills Good English communication skills Strong communication and sales abilities Professional attitude and customer service skills Comfortable using Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and social media Good organizational and follow-up skills Experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, sales, or customer service is an asset Benefits Base salary + performance bonuses Long-term growth opportunity International work environment Career growth within an expanding immigration company
