Role Description The Executive Assistant at Ritual Ads® is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to company leadership. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas and meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will handle expense reports, track reimbursements, and maintain accurate documentation. The role also includes managing correspondence, drafting and editing communications, organizing digital files, and supporting special projects and operational tasks to ensure smooth executive workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience managing calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Ability to think and act proactively anticipating problems before they arise.
• Comfort with digital tools and productivity software and AI workflows and LLMs.
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Previous experience supporting leadership in a technology or startup environment is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in business administration, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
