A Nestlé Early Careers Recruiter ensures Early Careers recruiting programs align with business priorities, hiring high-caliber interns, co-ops, and full-time development trainees. You'll develop solid relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and university liaisons to plan recruiting strategies for our Early Careers Programs. As a member of this fast-paced, high-performing team, you will identify innovative sourcing strategies that align with our ways-of-winning while sharing our culinary culture. In this role, you will also play a key role in supporting and executing the Early Careers events strategy, including on-site and virtual recruiting events, super days, hiring events, networking opportunities, and programmatic experiences that strengthen our employer brand and talent pipelines.
