1. The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of our Mirakl Connect EMEA team, led by Jane Barge, VP Mirakl Connect EMEA. The team consists of up to 5 Account Managers and Business Developers covering the EMEA region. Together, you'll be scaling AI-driven revenue growth for Mirakl Connect across retention, expansion, and pipeline generation.
2. Your Impact
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to drive upsell, renewals, and churn reduction targets, while personally acting as executive sponsor for a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Define and execute the growth strategy across the customer base, covering upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and churn prevention from highly automated mid-market motions to high-touch enterprise relationships.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by leading the BDR team, with targets aligned across the Sales Director, enterprise Account Executives, and Marketing.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation across customer touchpoints, renewals, expansion triggers, and prospecting, working closely with Product, Ops, and agent builders to test, measure, and scale what works.
- Champion the voice of the customer by translating insights into product feedback that shapes the Mirakl Connect roadmap, while building a team culture grounded in ownership, experimentation, and results.
3. What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, including at least 4 years leading Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Development teams in a fast-growing environment
- Proven track record of driving MRR/ARR growth through renewals, upsell, and churn reduction across mid-market and enterprise customer segments
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at large brands or retailers
- Experience managing BDR/SDR teams is a plus, as is a background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or retail tech
