Digital Accessibility Designer (Contractor)

We're partnering with our client, a leading healthcare organization, to find a talented Digital Accessibility Designer. Join a team dedicated to transforming digital health experiences through innovative design and user-centered solutions. Duration is 1+ year, 40 hours/week, remote (Eastern or Central Timezone only) and USA based. *Digital Accessibility Designer Responsibilities:* * Develop and refine interactive design elements such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance user engagement. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate user research into effective design solutions. * Facilitate design workshops and synthesize diverse ideas into cohesive concepts. * Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. * Support vendor oversight and coordinate design efforts across multiple product teams. * Digital Accessibility Designer Qualifications:* * 5-7 years of professional experience in user experience design, demonstrating measurable impact. * Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and current UX methodologies. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalents. * Demonstrated ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience working independently across multiple teams and within Agile/scrum environments. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
