Customer Success Consultant - Mirakl Ads (Munich)

About the role

Launched three years ago, Mirakl Ads is Mirakl's global Retail Media technology, empowering eCommerce and Marketplace operators to run successful and profitable Retail Media programs. Now entering a new phase of scale, Mirakl Ads is expanding its client base, developing its media offering, and accelerating its impact across key markets worldwide.

As an Experienced Customer Success Consultant for Mirakl Ads, reporting to the Director of Customer Success, your primary mission is to support Mirakl Ads clients in launching and growing their advertising revenues - from strategy design to day-to-day performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a driven, curious and client-obsessed professional, who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and brings the energy and structure needed to turn ambition into results.

What you will do at Mirakl

The Experienced Customer Success Consultant will have a strong impact on Mirakl Ads growth, managing a portfolio of key clients across all stages of their journey.

• Lead clients from strategy to implementation: define their Retail Media vision and Mirakl Ads roadmap, design the right organizational setup, co-build a sharp commercial action plan with the right KPIs, and drive execution - ensuring a successful and lasting integration of Retail Media into their business, from first workshops through go-live and beyond
• Deliver strategic recommendations at business reviews, presenting to client teams and C-levels, sharing market insights and case studies to inspire performance and long-term growth
• Design and implement the right KPI frameworks to monitor clients' advertising network performance and continuously identify growth levers
• Support clients in the day-to-day optimization of their Mirakl Ads use (placements, campaign configuration, etc.), ensuring platform adoption and maximizing advertising revenues
• Lead tailored workshops and training sessions to ensure optimal onboarding and sustained platform mastery over time

As part of a growing and structured team, you will also:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and industrialization of Customer Success processes and tooling, ensuring scalable and efficient operations as the Mirakl Ads client base grows. Collaborate with BI teams to analyze client activity and monitor advertising network performance
• Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance the way we deliver value to clients and scale our operations - from automating reporting and insights generation to accelerating strategic recommendations and improving the overall client experience
• Act internally as the voice of the Publisher, providing Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams with actionable insights on how Mirakl Ads fits and solves client needs at scale
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics in the Retail Media industry, translating intelligence into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Contribute your vision in meetings with adtech partners to strengthen Mirakl's positioning in the adtech value chain and support the growth of our global Advertising Services initiative

What Mirakl is looking for

• Master's Degree in Business or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in retail media, the eCommerce industry, or in a consulting firm with strong exposure to digital advertising and/or marketplace ecosystems
• Solid knowledge of eCommerce, marketplace, and online advertising, with a strong understanding of adtech value chains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong client-facing and project management skills
• Highly business-driven with strong analytical skills, thriving in dynamic environments
• Someone eager to thrive in a scaling business environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Mirakl Ads Customer Success practice
• Fluency in English is a must-have; German and/or French is a strong asset, given our key markets.
• Self-motivated and energetic, with experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel internationally
