Customer service/Virtual assistant

Location: Remote   Type: Full-time / Part-time We are hiring a Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Rep to support our clients online. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and WhatsApp.  Handle orders, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.  Manage schedules, emails, and admin tasks. Maintain customer records and data accurately. Requirements: Excellent written + verbal communication skills.  Good internet + laptop/smartphone.  Familiar with WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.  Prior VA/Customer Service experience is a plus.
