Total Number of Openings 1 The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications to join the Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center Team for the Customer Service Representative role. In addition to providing Downstream services support, the more than 1000 professionals that work at BASSC, provide expert information technology, human resource, finance, procurement, and solutions to Chevron partners around the globe. Overview: Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Support Aviation and C&I businesses for reporting and billing purposes. Account set up for the different divisions. Manage of account payables for US and Latin America Aviation Businesses. Analyzes, investigates, and resolves issues and customer`s inquiries in coordination with the team and other support groups. Other back office and support activities for Aviation and C&I Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Good in oral and written communication Good analytical and problem-solving skills Keen on details Can multi-task and work independently Team player Advanced English level. Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAP Microsoft Office Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
