Job Description Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of Corporate Development's main duties and responsibilities include the following: Lead and execute corporate development strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives. Analyze financial data to identify potential opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives. Prepare and present detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and business partners. Oversee due diligence processes and manage integration plans for acquisitions. Provide regular updates and reports on corporate development activities to senior leadership.
