Job Description Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance matters. Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including financing and investment documents. Support startups and venture capital firms in various stages of growth and investment. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored legal solutions to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the professional services sector. Provide strategic guidance to clients on equity and debt financing matters. Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and ensure compliance with applicable laws. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice Focus on startup, venture capital, or emerging company work Interest in technology and/or life sciences companies Strong academic credentials Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills Prior law firm experience required; in‑house candidates considered with prior firm experience Bar admission or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
