Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? Job description We are looking for a Consolidation Management Senior Analyst, within the Group Consolidation Management team. The role reports to the Group Consolidation Management Manager and will be based in Parma. Job Purpose Lead and ensure governance of Planning and Controlling processes during Closing, Rolling Forecast, and Budgeting activities, guaranteeing timely, accurate and compliant execution. Manage end-to-end data collection, validation and consolidation processes across different entities and reporting scopes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency and timely availability of information. Ensure accurate and timely execution of Budget, Forecast and Actual cycles for the assigned Legal Entities, monitoring Corporate deadlines and maintaining consistency in financial structures (accounts, cost centers and other reporting dimensions) in line with Group reporting requirements. Ensure monitoring and control of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow dynamics, validating the coherence between economic, financial and equity data, and supporting the analysis of financial position evolution and cash generation drivers. Lead the management consolidation process for the assigned Legal Entities in line with corporate rules, ensuring alignment between management and statutory views, reconciling figures and providing a reliable basis for financial planning and analysis. Key Accountbilities Plan and coordinate activities to ensure timely execution and high data quality across Business P&L, Customer P&L and Management reporting processes. Manage end-to-end data collection, validation and consolidation processes for Group Actual, Forecast and Budget cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial information across different cost and revenue flows. Maintain and continuously update cost allocation models and mapping logics within management reporting structures, ensuring coherence, traceability and alignment with contractual and business drivers. Ensure data quality and integrity for planning and management actuals for the assigned Legal Entities, performing controls and consistency checks across financial and operational dimensions, investigating anomalies and coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Administrative Principles and Group Reporting Standards by analyzing processes, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions to strengthen overall control and consistency. Define and maintain financial structures and reporting dimensions (e.g. cost centers and P&L lines), ensuring alignment with business requirements and Group reporting standards. Support evolving business requirements and administrative processes, ensuring proper integration and consistency within planning and controlling frameworks. Monitor Balance Sheet and Cash Flow dynamics, ensuring consistency between P&L, BS and cash flow, and supporting variance analysis on working capital and cash generation drivers. Ensure alignment and integrity of financial statements by controlling key balance sheet items and supporting the correct representation of Net Financial Position. Provide accurate, complete and timely information to internal and external auditors and tax functions, supporting audit and compliance activities. Contribute to the production of consolidated Group Management results, supporting Financial Planning processes and enabling external reporting requirements. Ensure alignment between management and statutory data for the assigned Legal Entities, supporting reconciliation processes and consistency across reporting views. Ensure consistency of Management KPIs with IFRS reporting at Group level, supporting reconciliation and alignment between management and statutory perspectives. Requirements 3–5 years in Administration or Finance roles Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow) Fluent English Experience in planning, closing, reporting and consolidation processes Experience with corporate performance management and reporting systems (EPM tools, Sap, Tagetik) and integration of financial data from different sources Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills are a plus Strong analytical mindset and attention to data accuracy Ability to manage complex processes and ensure data consistency Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve data issues Focus on quality, control and deadlines Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Clear and effective communication Results-oriented and proactive approach Ability to work in complex and international environments Compensation Package The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 38.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare) The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
