Client Relationship Virtual Assistant

Role Overview : The Client Relationship Virtual Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients. This role focuses on maintaining excellent customer relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, checking in with clients regularly, and managing online reviews. Scope of Work : Respond to new client inquiries. Follow up on prospective customers. Conduct monthly client check-ins. Manage Trustpilot reviews. Manage Google Business Profile reviews. Reply professionally to all customer reviews. Maintain positive client relationships. Record client interactions within CRM. Attend video meetings with clients when required. Participate in daily stand-up meetings. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : First response within 1 business hour for 90% of inquiries. Convert 15–30% of qualified inquiries into paying customers. Obtain 5–10 new customer reviews per month . Maintain minimum 4.5-star rating . Qualifications : Excellent spoken and written English. Strong customer service skills. Friendly and personable. Comfortable speaking with clients via video. Organized and detail-oriented. Experience managing customer relationships. Shift & Hours : Starting with 10 - 15 hours per week Fixed schedule; within UK business hours Target Start Date : As soon as a suitable candidate is identified.
