WHY JOIN US Meaningful work — you will help global software companies protect the products they have built A real launchpad — hands-on experience in OSINT and compliance, with mentorship from senior investigators Supportive, collaborative culture built on continuous learning 100% remote, with the autonomy to do your best work from anywhere in APAC WHAT YOU WILL DO Analyze technical data, including IP addresses and usage logs, to identify potential software misuse Conduct deep online research to verify corporate entities and surface accurate contact information Maintain organized, up-to-date case records in our CRM Compile findings into clear, well-structured reports for internal stakeholders Partner with senior investigators and the Team Lead to move complex cases forward Learn and adopt new investigative tools to improve how the team works WHAT YOU BRING 1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, customer support, or administrative work Professional-level English communication (written and spoken) Demonstrable interest in OSINT or digital investigations Comfort with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and reliable in a fully remote setup Bonus points for: Exposure to SQL, advanced CRM platforms, or specialized online research tools Background in software compliance, KYC/KYB, or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Please submit your English CV to apply.
