Alliance Manager

Strategic Alliances Oversee the full alliance management cycle, from partnership model design — including legal, financial, and operational structure — through continuous performance monitoring and conflict resolution. Ensure that partnership agreements are aligned with the company's compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines, promoting robust governance at every stage. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, fostering mutual trust, transparency, and commitment to shared results. Conduct periodic performance reviews of active alliances, proposing strategic and operational adjustments when necessary to ensure sustainability and the value generated by partnerships. Qualifications and Skills Experience in: Bachelor of degree, with at least 5 years experience in pharma marketing and sales management position Possess: Proficient in oral and written English communication. Demonstrated success in launch excellence, project management, collaboration, and stakeholder influence. Proven track record of high performance in cross-functional engagement, and strong business acumen. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and demonstrate a high degree of maturity. Marketing capabilities, data analytics, insight mining, collaboration, organizational ability, strategic mindset, negotiation, and project management.
