We’re Sohva, a social commerce agency that helps brands crush it on TikTok through creators, content, and conversion. We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Account Strategist who’s equal parts client whisperer, operator, and idea machine.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll own the strategy, oversee delivery, and manage a team of coordinators to bring it all to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a TikTok Shop Strategist at Sohva, you’ll be the driving force behind client success. You’ll own strategy, performance, and execution across a small portfolio of brand accounts while leading a team of coordinators to support outreach, operations, and creator management.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the TikTok Shop side of each brand is optimized, scaling, and seeing real results. That includes overseeing creators, store performance, and client communication. You’ll spot what’s working, fix what’s not, and work closely with the Sohva team to keep things moving fast.
What We’re Looking For:
2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer strategy, or eCommerce
Proven experience managing client accounts and communicating directly with brand teams
Familiarity with TikTok Shop
Experience managing junior team members and/or project contributors
Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership
