Intern, Field Sales

Effectively pitch pandasend’s value proposition, negotiate commercial deals, and implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation and order growth. Work closely with the other teams to close opportunities, onboard new vendors, and drive their growth. Stay informed and updated on industry trends, and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach to build strategic partnerships while fostering trust with vendors by understanding their needs. Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies, and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets while working independently. Support urgent and ad-hoc business tasks as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in pitching and negotiating is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
