Manage a portfolio of longtail (SMB) accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and tracking progress towards objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the quality of our vendors’ offerings and services. Utilize problem-solving skills to address various vendor-related challenges and situations. Take ownership of assigned accounts to facilitate goal achievement and monitor performance metrics. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving vendor quality and performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proficiency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken. Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration. Drive sales of our advertisement products by identifying vendor needs and presenting tailored solutions. Strategically improve and expand our vendor portfolio to enhance business opportunities. Resolve any issues or challenges with partners and vendors. Proficiency with Google Workspace. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
