Previous multi-property, cluster or regional management experience is required About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing international hospitality group operating a portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels, premium dining concepts and leisure destinations across multiple markets. Job Description Reporting to senior corporate leadership, the General Manager & Area Manager Spain will be responsible for overseeing the operational, commercial and financial performance of the company's hotel portfolio in Spain, while supporting future development opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Driving overall business performance across multiple hospitality assets. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards. Leading hotel leadership teams and fostering a strong performance-driven culture. Managing budgets, forecasting processes and financial performance targets. Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Building strong relationships with ownership groups, investors and key stakeholders. Supporting hotel openings, renovations, repositioning projects and operational transitions. Contributing to strategic expansion initiatives and evaluating new hospitality opportunities. Ensuring compliance with all corporate, brand and regulatory requirements. Representing the company within the hospitality industry and local business community. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience managing luxury hotel operations and strong commercial acumen. Requirements include: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field. Significant experience as a General Manager within luxury or upscale hospitality environments. Previous multi-property, cluster or regional management experience. Strong understanding of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence. Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility and achieving business targets. Experience working with ownership groups and multiple stakeholders. Track record leading renovations, openings, repositioning projects or growth initiatives.
