Job Description The General Manager Benelux will take full responsibility for the operational leadership and management, establishing growth of the organisation. Furthermore, be responsible for: Take leadership for the Benelux entities: review, structure and streamline workflow and responsibilities while providing clear direction. Clients & business development: maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients. Ensure the quality, timeliness and scientific/marketing relevance of all deliverables. Provide senior-level insight during presentations, meetings and strategic projects. Ensure scientific and regulatory consistency across life-cycle. Oversee teams coordinating congresses, symposia, webinars and medical publications. The Successful Applicant Senior leadership experience and management of P&L. Experience in an agency with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry or directly experience within the healthcare industry with a solid background in managing pharmaceutical marketing, medical or healthcare communications. Proven experience in crisis management or organizational transformation is a MUST. Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-project environments. Proven leadership experience with assertive management style. Capacity to drive change with analytical, diagnostic and decision-making abilities. Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
