Warranty Specialist

Overview The Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing the warranty claims process to maximize recovery and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves maintaining strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors while ensuring efficient processing of all warranty claims and related activities. The role also supports store employees by providing guidance on warranty procedures.   *This is a remote position within the current Titan Machinery footprint and requires that you are located near one of our dealership locations. To view our locations, please click here: https://www.titanmachinery.com/dealer-locator Responsibilities Manage Product Improvement Programs (PIPs) and warranty claims to ensure appropriate recovery for warrantable repairs made on behalf of vendors. Oversee the proper processing of warrantable parts returns, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements. Coordinate the accurate documentation of labor hours and failure descriptions for warranty claims. Analyze reports to optimize the efficiency of the warranty claims process and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate effectively with stores, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate the warranty process in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of related experience Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, store teams, and warranty specialists. Knowledge of warranty processes and vendor expectations. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and report on warranty-related data. Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
