Social Media Manager for a Retail Company in US (Home Based Part Time)

Content Creation: •  Create and manage highly engaging social media content across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes producing graphics (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and editing short-form videos (e.g., CapCut) from provided raw photos and videos. Content Strategy & Scheduling: •  Develop and maintain a dynamic monthly content calendar that incorporates promotions, holidays, and product launches. Schedule posts using social media management tools for optimal engagement windows. Community Management: •  Handle direct messaging and community interaction on social platforms to foster customer engagement, conduct influencer outreach, and drive online orders. (Note: Complex technical support and specific order resolution will be routed to the appropriate customer service team). Email Marketing: •  Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns—including creating campaign graphics—using our existing Wix customer email list.  Growth Strategy: •  Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to support brand growth across both product lines (home scents/candles and custom jewelry), focusing on increasing website engagement, follower growth, and online sales. Analytics & Reporting: •  Track and report on campaign analytics, audience growth, and traffic/order sources. •  Provide regular performance updates and proactive, data-backed recommendations. Brand Alignment: •  Ensure all visual and written content perfectly aligns with Lumiriam's branding, voice, and imaging standards.
