ServiceNow Senior Developer

This is a remote position. Overview   We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, configure, and automate workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves   handson   development, Flow Designer–based automation, platform administration, and supporting   ITILaligned   service management processes while working closely with   crossfunctional   teams.   What we Need  Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules   Use ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate workflows (essential)   Develop scripts, integrations, dashboards, and reports   Perform ServiceNow administration including catalog management, user roles, and CSDM   Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain   upgradesafe   solutions   Create basic technical and functional documentation   Support UAT, deployment, and post   golive   activities   5+ years of   handson   experience in ServiceNow development and administration   Strong ITSM experience; CSM knowledge is a plus   Good knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ITIL processes   ServiceNow CSA / CIS (ITSM or CSM) preferred
