Senior Client Advisor - Selfridges

Role Overview We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Client Advisor to join our Woman Department at Selfridges, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer. Your Contribution to the Role Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines. Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM) Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff Support basic cash operations when necessary What You Bring to the Team Fluency in English, & Other languages are considered a plus Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey/ceremony Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and refined selling approach Excellent customer focus, combined with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
