Qualfon seeks Remote Seasonal Health Insurance Sales and Enrollment Agents to support our mission-driven BPO team. In this role, you'll guide customers through health insurance options, explain plan benefits, and complete compliant enrollments using digital tools and CRM systems. You'll handle high-volume calls, protect sensitive data, and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance plan options and enrollment Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and eligibility in clear, compliant language Use CRM and enrollment platforms to accurately capture customer data and complete applications Follow CMS and carrier guidelines for quoting, comparing, and enrolling customers Meet or exceed performance metrics for enrollments, quality, and customer satisfaction Handle sensitive customer information in alignment with HIPAA and data security standards Collaborate with team leads and trainers to stay current on products, regulations, and processes Participate in remote training, coaching, and feedback sessions to improve performance Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to remote systems and enrollment tools Document all customer interactions and outcomes according to company and client requirements Required Skills Health insurance enrollment Sales and upselling Call center operations CRM software Data entry accuracy HIPAA compliance awareness Customer service Remote work tools (Vo IP, chat, email) Regulated script adherence Benefits explanation and quoting
