Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful transaction closings. Assist clients in resolving real estate disputes and navigating complex legal challenges. Stay updated on local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to Chicago and Illinois. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admittance to practice law in Illinois or eligibility to obtain such admission.
